Vitalis Healthcare at Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Hospital in the Home (HITH) team. You will deliver hospital-level care to patients in their homes across Greater Sydney, including Western Sydney, Hills, Northern Beaches, North Shore, and Eastern Suburbs.

A Vitalis car is provided during shifts. Role requires 4+ years post-graduate hospital experience, AHPRA registration, and strong critical care skills.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years post graduate experience in a hospital setting.
• Current AHPRA authority to practice as a Registered Nurse, Division 1.
• Experience in Critical Care or General Surgery.
• High acuity clinical skills.
• Excellent patient assessment skills.
• Experience with administration of IV antibiotics, PICC management and complex wound management.
• Must have current driving licence.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• Great communication skills to ensure patients understand medication/treatment, condition and instructions provided.
• Desirable: urinary catheterisation, cannulation, venepuncture, VAC and IV infusers.

Your New Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Hospital in the Home Team (HITH) on a full-time and casual basis, providing exceptional clinical care in the comfort of patients’ homes. The HITH division of Vitalis provides hospital level interventions in the home environment, operating 7 days a week, 365 days a year from 7am to 3pm.

Location:

You will be delivering services to patients across Greater Sydney including Western Sydney and the Hills district, Northern Beaches and the North Shore, and the Eastern Suburbs. A Vitalis car will be provided during your shift.

What We’re Looking For:
