St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba invites registered nurses with less than 12 months' acute care experience to join the New Practitioner Program in the ST RAPHAELS WARD – MEDICAL UNIT. This 0.8 FTE permanent role includes a comprehensive orientation and ongoing clinical mentorship.

You'll be supported by Clinical Nurse Educators, mentors, and an online learning framework with continuing skill development. Rosters include day, evening, and night shifts; applications close 28 September 2026.

GRADUATE INFORMATION SESSION:

An Information Session about the New Practitioner Program offered at St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba will be held between 1530 - 1630hrs on Tuesday 8th September 2026 in the ACU Room within the Clinical School, L2 (Entrance 4).

During this session, the Staff Learning & Development Manager and Clinical Nurse Educators responsible for the New Practitioner Program will be available to discuss the content of the programs as well as answer any questions you may have.
