Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking apart-time Registered Nurse for night duty in North Turramurra. You will conduct assessments, develop care plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care during night shifts from 10:15 PM to 7:15 AM on Monday and Tuesday.

As part of the team, you’ll maintain thorough records, support ACFI submissions, and participate in ongoing training and development while delivering compassionate care to residents.

Qualifications

• Must be an AHPRA-registered RN with current registration.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience in aged care.
• Strong commitment to person-centred care and safety.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC assessments and funding submissions.

Responsabilités

• Conduct initial and ongoing nursing assessments and plan care.
• Develop and review individualized care plans.
• Participate in quarterly care plan reviews.
• Maintain accurate documentation per SCC policies.
• Ensure accurate ACFI claims.

About the Role

Part-time | Registered Nurse | North Turramurra

We are looking for a Registered Nurse to work on a part time permanent basis for a night duty.Days: Monday, Tuesday - 10:15 PM to 07:15 AM

As a Registered Nurse at Southern Cross Care, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality clinical care, dignity, and respect every shift.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conducting initial and ongoing assessments, planning and managing nursing care
• Developing and reviewing individualised care plans to meet residents’ changing needs
• Participating in quarterly care plan reviews (or more frequently where required)
• Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation in line with SCC policies and quality standards
• Ensuring the completion and accuracy of ACFI claims
• Supporting best practice clinical care in a collaborative team environment

Referral Bonus Program

• Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 2 years experience as an RN in an Aged Care setting
• Strong commitment to high-quality, person-centred care
• Solid understanding of State and Commonwealth Aged Care legislation
• Availability to work varied shifts (morning, afternoon, night & weekends)
• Working knowledge of AN-ACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
