Job summary

Amplar Health is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Transition Care Service in Adelaide, SA. You will provide hands-on nursing care, support patients during recovery and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure smooth transitions in care.

The role requires 1+ years of nursing experience, unrestricted AHPRA registration, current First Aid/CPR, and relevant clearances. Flexible, seven-day rostering and opportunities for professional growth are available.

Amplar Health Home Hospital’s Transition Care Service supports patients at an important point in their healthcare journey, providing care as they recover, build confidence and prepare for their next stage of care.

We’re looking for Registered Nurses who want to bring their clinical skills into a different kind of environment. One that combines hands-on patient care, multidisciplinary teamwork, clinical variety and the opportunity to make a genuine difference during an important period of transition.

The role

As part of our Transition Care Service, you’ll:

The essentials

We’re looking for RNs with:

• 1+ years’ nursing experience
• Unrestricted AHPRA registration
• Current First Aid and CPR
• SA Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance, or eligibility to obtain them
• The ability to meet vaccination evidence requirements

You’ll work a seven-day rotating roster across mornings, afternoons and nights.

Permanent full-time and part-time positions are available from 0.6 FTE, based in Adelaide CBD or Walkerville.
