Job summary

The Grafton Base Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Transit Unit. You will coordinate and deliver high quality person centred nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice, and the Policies and Procedures of the MoH and NNSWLHD.

This permanent role offers up to 38 hours per week, with both full and part-time options, and a pro rata salary between $81,748 and $114,772 per annum.

• Registered Nurse with current registration in Australia.
• Demonstrated ability to provide person-centred nursing care.
• Adherence to MoH and NNSWLHD policies and standards.
