Troocoo Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night-duty position at a residential aged care facility in Tenterfield, NSW. Immediate start available with temporary accommodation provided to assist your transition.

You will deliver person-centred care, assess and monitor residents, administer medications, and work collaboratively with care staff to uphold high clinical governance and aged care standards while ensuring resident safety and comfort.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A minimum of two years' nursing experience.
• Experience in residential aged care is highly regarded.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.
• The ability to work independently and confidently during night shifts.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care.
• The right to work in Australia.
