Moran Aged Care is seeking motivated Registered Nurses to join our Care team at Moran Sylvania home. Above award rates $48.63 - $57.50 base rate per hour. You will provide quality nursing care, develop care plans, and coordinate with families and clinicians to support residents’ daily life.

Qualifications

• Current Registration with AHPRA.
• Able to communicate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Good assessment/prioritisation skills.

• Proficient level of verbal and written communication.
• Awareness of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current influenza vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Developing and evaluating resident care plans and completing assessments.
• Providing clinical services such as wound management, medication management and palliative care.
• Liaising with medical and allied health professionals and residents’ family members.
• Work with the Clinical Leadership team with more complex clinical management.

About this opportunity

We are currently seeking motivated Registered Nurse's to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home. Above award rates $48.63 - $57.50 base rate per hour.

• Experienced RN – two or more years, available to work minimum 4 AM shifts per week

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be providing quality nursing care and assist to the changing clinical needs of the residents. This includes consulting with residents and their families, staff, management, and other allied health professionals.

Working with a wonderful team of dedicated people, your contribution will make a difference to our residents’ enjoyment of their life every day.

You will be guided and mentored to ensure you thrive in your role with us and to further develop your skills.
