Collarcare Group in Victoria is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our aged care team serving residents across the Wodonga area. You will provide clinical care, document residents' conditions and assist with medication administration, while upholding high standards of safety and compassion.

Suitable applicants will have AHPRA registration as a RN, current CPR and First Aid, vaccination requirements, a recent Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA Registration as a RN is required.
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia is required (not placements).
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster are required.
• Flu Vaccination is required.
• Valid Police Check within the last 12 months is required.
• 100 Points of ID are required.
• Valid work rights are required.
• Current CPR & First Aid are required.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain is required.

Aufgaben

• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
