Collarcare Group is seeking Registered Nurses to support aged care residents across Regional Victoria. You will provide clinical nursing care, document residents' conditions, assist with medications and support nutrition and hydration.

We offer flexible shifts via our portal, competitive agency rates, and a focus on staff wellbeing and satisfaction. AHPRA RN registration and essential vaccinations are required.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration is required for practicing as a RN.
• NDIS Screening or willingness to obtain is preferred.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification is essential.

Responsabilités

• Clinical care of residents in aged care settings.
• Document residents' condition and assist with medications.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition for residents.
• Maintain infection control and prevention measures.
• Follow a holistic model of care on every shift.
• Assist in admissions and easing transitions for residents and families.
• Liaise with residents, families, doctors and allied health staff.
• Adhere to aged care standards on every shift.

To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia. (This does not include placements)
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work Rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain

What will you be doing? RN

• Clinical care of residents
• Documenting resident’s condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
