Collarcare Aged Care in Melbourne VIC is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide clinical care to residents, document conditions and assist with medication administration, while upholding a holistic model of care.

Join a tight-knit team with supportive leadership and flexible shifts to suit your life. You will need AHPRA RN registration, Australian aged care experience, vaccination and screening requirements, and current CPR & First Aid.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia.
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster.
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work Rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting resident's condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
