Estia Health in Adelaide, SA is seeking a dedicated registered nurse to join our aged care teams across homes. You will provide clinical care, create individual assessments and care plans, ensure timely documentation, and lead a caring team including Personal Care Workers to deliver person-centred care for residents.
You'll bring empathy, strong communication, and current AHPRA registration. Experience in aged care is preferred.
