BlueCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Statewide Palliative Care team serving Rockhampton, Gladstone and surrounding areas. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with a strong clinical support structure to develop expertise in palliative care, including in-home care.

You will provide high-quality end-of-life care, supported by a robust clinical framework and opportunities for professional growth.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with all levels of experience to join our rapidly growing team to provide high-quality end-of-life care to clients and their families.

Importantly, you will contribute significantly to our core belief that every Queenslander deserves the highest standard of palliative care within the comfort of their own home.

What makes a difference for us

Current Registered Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate in the employing State.

Hold a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an equivalent qualification.

Exhibit mid to senior level proficiency in general nursing, showcasing clinical expertise and a person-centered care approach.

Prior experience or ongoing pursuit of qualifications in palliative care, pain management, or acute care is highly valued.

Demonstrated aptitude in effective communication and collaboration with clients and stakeholders to address care requirements.

Possess a current driver's license and the confidence to navigate rural and remote areas of Queensland.
