Job summary

Opal HealthCare's Wahroonga Tallwood Care Community in Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse to support residents overnight. You will deliver person-centred clinical care, perform assessments, care planning and medication administration while building relationships with residents and families.

You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, participate in quality care initiatives, and mentor care staff.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families.
