Job summary

Pathways Sailors Bay, a 121-bed aged care residence on the North Shore, seeks a registered nurse for 2–4 night shifts per week. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage a team during out-of-hours periods.

You will deliver high-quality care and services to residents, coordinate staff, and work closely with the care team to maintain safety and standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA is required.
• Minimum 4 years post graduate nursing experience.
• Experience in aged care settings.
• Demonstrated experience in out-of-hours facility management.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead and direct a team.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality resident care.
• Flexibility to work varied night shifts.

About you

• Current registration with AHPRA

• Previous experience in aged care
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge of out of hours facility management
