Job summary

Pathways Residences, a premium aged care provider, is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Permanent Part-Time role at Cronulla Pines in Sydney. You will lead PCWs, respond to wounds and falls, administer medications, and take on night shift duties when scheduled.

Applicants must have aged care experience, be computer literate, and hold AHPRA registration with nursing qualifications. We offer a $5,000 bonus, allowances, training, and clear career progression in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care required.
• Must be computer literate and able to document care electronically.
• Knowledge of accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and Aged Care Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCWs and respond to wounds, falls, and medication administration.
• Manage night shift duties as required.
• Provide high-quality resident care and support to the team.

About you:

• Passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians
• Experience in aged care required
• Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliance Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Able to manage a team of PCWs, be computer literate, and have sound verbal and written communication abilities
• Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role :

• Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration
• Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID
