Job summary

The Shoreline in NSW is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for night duty to manage the site overnight, with on-call support available at all times. You will lead the night shift team, overseeing the evening routines of residents and ensuring clear handovers to day staff and management.

Applicants must hold current AHPRA registration, have experience in residential aged care nursing, and be able to work independently within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Must hold current AHPRA RN registration.
• Experience in residential aged care nursing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to work overnight shifts with limited supervision.
• Police check clearance and up-to-date vaccinations.
• Current driver’s license is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage site overnight with on-call support.
• Lead the night shift team and supervise evening routines.
• Ensure accurate handovers between shifts.
• Respond to incidents and maintain resident comfort.
• Communicate with management via email or phone.
