Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for our new Holy Cross aged care home in Kincumber, NSW. You will provide direct clinical nursing care to residents in a 34-bed neighborhood, guided rostering, and uphold safety and standards in daily practice.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing, and knowledge of AN-ACC assessment processes. A 1-week induction is offered, with flexible 3 days minimum availability and a not-for-profit employer ethos.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar.
• Thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
• Providing guidance to the Care Companions and Household Coordinator.
• Working in a safe manner to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents closely following all policies and procedures.
