Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to lead a 34-resident neighbourhood at Holy Cross Kincumber on a 12-month contract. You will drive high-quality clinical care, governance and a person-centred care culture within a supportive team.

The role requires a Bachelor of Nursing and current RN registration with AHPRA, with strong leadership, communication and relationship-building skills to support residents and families in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Strong knowledge of aged care legislation and quality standards.
• Experience leading teams in residential aged care with a person-centred approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 34-resident neighbourhood with high-quality clinical care and governance.
• Oversee daily operations to match residents’ needs and preferences.
• Embed the Inspirit Model of Care to create a homelike environment.
• Coach and mentor team members, building capability and collaboration.
• Maintain governance and compliance with aged care standards and regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
