Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Nursing and current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
• Strong understanding of aged care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Leadership experience in residential aged care focusing on person-centred and relationship-based care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with residents and families.
• Coaching and mentoring capabilities to motivate and develop healthcare teams.

• Lead delivery of high-quality clinical care with focus on resident safety and wellbeing.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of the neighbourhood to reflect residents' individual needs and choices.
• Embed Inspirit Model of Care to create a welcoming, homelike environment.
• Provide visible leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members.
• Maintain strong clinical governance and compliance with aged care regulations and standards.
