Job summary

Infinite Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for residents, with autonomy and support from care, lifestyle and hospitality teams.

You will provide total resident care, maintain safety, and model best practices in medication management while building strong relationships with residents and colleagues. The role offers night shifts on a set roster and values attitude, aptitude and commitment to wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree required.
• AHPRA Registration with no restrictions.
• Strong communication and rapport-building with residents and staff.
• NDIS Workers Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Positive, proactive team player with initiative and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide total resident care including physical and emotional wellbeing and safety.
• Lead safe medication management practices.
• Act as role model and provide leadership within the clinical team.
• Work night shifts 9:30pm–6:45am on a set roster with another RN.

At Infinite Aged Care, the role of a Registered Nurse is highly visible and plays a vital role in meeting our residents' daily needs and delivering high quality, person centric care to residents and families.

Our nurses are responsible for the total care of the resident, including physical, emotional wellbeing and safety. They are given the autonomy and space they need to make decisions and enjoy the support of the personal care, lifestyle, and Hospitality teams.

In addition to this, they act as role models by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management, providing leadership to others and by doing so promote a harmonious team environment aligned with our values. The attached position description outlines duties and accountabilities for this role.

Enjoy consistent night duty shifts from 9:30pm to 6:45am on a set roster, working alongside two Registered Nurses each shift in a supportive and collaborative clinical environment. Build your expertise while delivering high-quality care to our residents.

You have the ability to "think on your feet" as well as the ability to communicate effectively, build rapport and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.

We hire on attitude and aptitude, so you do not need experience in the aged care sector. You do however need to be aligned with our philosophy and values, have strong communication skills, and a commitment to resident wellbeing as well as
