Job summary

Collarcare Aged Care is expanding our team of Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate clinical care to older Australians across the Sunshine Coast, QLD.

To be considered you must hold AHPRA RN registration, have Australian aged care facility experience, and provide evidence of two COVID vaccinations plus booster, flu vaccination, current CPR & First Aid, a Police Check within 12 months, 100 points of ID and valid work rights.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
• Australian aged care experience is preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain.
• Police check within the last 12 months.
• Evidence of vaccination: 2 COVID vaccines + booster and flu vaccination.
• 100 points of ID and valid work rights.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting residents' condition and assisting with administration of medications.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Maintain a holistic care model on every shift.
• Assist with admissions and easing transitions for residents and families.
• Liaise with residents, families, doctors and allied health professionals.
• Act in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.

What will you be doing? RN
