Collarcare Group is recruiting Registered Nurses to provide compassionate, high‑quality care across Mackay & Central Queensland. You will deliver clinical care to residents, document changes, assist with medications, and support families and staff in a busy aged care environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain is required.
• Current CPR & First Aid certification is required.
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster and Flu Vaccination are required.
• Valid Police Check within the last 12 months is required.
• 100 Points of ID and Valid work Rights are required.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical care to residents.
• Document residents' condition and assist with medication administration.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition.
• Maintain infection control practices and ensure holistic care.
• Support residents and families during admission and transitions.
• Coordinate with doctors and allied health staff.

To be considered you will need to be able to provide evidence of:

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Working Aged Care facility experience in Australia. (This does not include placements)
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work Rights.

What will you be doing? RN

• Clinical care of residents
• Documenting resident's condition and assisting with the administration of medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with all stakeholders including residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
