Job summary

Bidgerdii Community Health Service in Rockhampton, QLD seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality, culturally safe healthcare. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and 3+ years of clinical experience in primary healthcare or chronic disease management.
• Immuniser certification compliant with Queensland legislation.
• Hands-on clinical skills: ECGs, wound care, pathology collections, venepuncture and vaccinations.
• Commitment to preventative health, health education and reducing chronic disease burden in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, patient-centered nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
• Lead preventative health screenings and health promotion activities.
• Deliver culturally safe care within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community.
