Job summary

ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity. You will provide quality nursing care within an Aboriginal primary health care model, collaborate with clinicians and health workers, and help maintain comprehensive care plans.

You will also foster continuous improvement and ensure policy alignment with accreditation standards. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, full AHPRA registration, and a commitment to culturally safe practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher.
• Full unrestricted AHPRA registration.
• Ability to support a continuous improvement model for outcomes.
• Decisive listening, influencing and persuasive skills.
• Knowledge of culturally safe practices toward Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing practice within an Aboriginal primary health care model.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community organisations, hospitals, and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Primary Health Clinic.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of ATSICHS policies in line with accreditation standards.
