Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 1–2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• ICU qualifications and/or training.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Availability for flexible AM, PM and night shifts.
• Full Australian working rights.
• National Police Check (preferred).
• ALS certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ICU best practice standards.

About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced critical care environments while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams. You’ll have the flexibility to work across a variety of ICU settings, broadening your experience while maintaining control over your schedule.
