Job summary

Lumia Care Group is seeking experienced ICU Registered Nurses to join our growing agency team in Sydney. You will provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced critical care environments, with flexibility across AM, PM and night shifts and the option to work at various private hospitals in the Hills Area.

Enjoy excellent hourly rates of $85–$115, weekly pay, simple onboarding and ongoing consultant support from our friendly bookings team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• 1–2 years of recent ICU nursing experience.
• Relevant ICU qualifications and/or training.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to clinical changes.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Adhere to hospital policies and ICU best practice standards.

About the Role

As an ICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced critical care environments while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams. You'll have the flexibility to work across a variety of ICU settings, broadening your experience while maintaining control over your schedule.

Essential Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• Relevant ICU qualifications and/or training
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Availability for flexible AM, PM and night shifts
• Full Australian working rights
• Current National Police Check (preferred)
• Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification (preferred)
