Collarcare Aged Care is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality clinical care to residents across Hunter and Newcastle NSW. You will document residents’ conditions and support medication administration while upholding aged care standards.

Qualifikationen

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in Working Aged Care facilities in Australia.
• 2 Covid Vaccinations + Booster.
• Flu Vaccination.
• Valid Police Check (within the last 12 months).
• 100 Points of ID.
• Valid work rights in Australia.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain.

Aufgaben

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting residents' condition and assisting with medication administration.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
