Collarcare is a leading aged care recruitment agency recruiting Registered Nurses to support older Australians in the Grafton NSW region.

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Experience in Working Aged Care facilities in Australia (not placements).
• Two Covid vaccinations + booster.
• Flu vaccination.
• Police Check within the last 12 months.
• 100 Points of ID and valid work rights.
• Current CPR & First Aid.
• NDIS Worker Screening or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clinical care of residents.
• Documenting resident's condition and assisting with medications.
• Assisting with meal consumption and monitoring nutrition.
• Infection control and prevention.
• Ensuring a holistic model of care is followed at all times.
• Assisting in admission and easing the transition for residents and their families.
• Liaison with residents, family, doctors and allied health.
• Acting in accordance with aged care standards on every shift.
