Job summary

Dialysis Australia in Sydney is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver home haemodialysis care in Miranda and across NSW. You will provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients' homes, with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate services.

Qualifications

• Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
• Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
• Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Need:
