Dialysis Australia in Wauchope NSW is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver home haemodialysis care, providing direct support for patients in their homes with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.

You will plan and coordinate services, provide education and group support, mentor less experienced staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives, all within a flexible, supportive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Recent haemodialysis experience.
• Australian working rights.
• Competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving and quality improvement.

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in WauchopeNSW.

You will:

• Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis carein patients’ homes, including individual case management.
• Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
• Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
• Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
• Australian Working Rights
• Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives

Willingness to complete:

• Police Check
• Working with Children’s Check
• Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
