Dialysis Australia is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) for Home Haemodialysis across Sydney. You will deliver in-home haemodialysis care with a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, in a flexible, supportive environment designed to support life-changing care.

Qualifications

• AHPRA RN registration is required.
• Recent haemodialysis experience is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis care in patients’ homes.
• Plan and coordinate home dialysis services across assignments.
• Deliver education, counselling, and group support to patients and families.
• Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
• Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and research initiatives.

About The Role

We have exciting opportunities for Registered Nurses (RN's) - Renal Dialysis to deliver home haemodialysis care in areas across SydneyNSW.

You will:

• Provide direct and comprehensive dialysis carein patients’ homes, including individual case management.
• Plan and coordinate services, including collaboration with other disciplines or agencies.
• Deliver education, counselling, and group supportaimed at improving patients’ health outcomes.
• Mentor and support newer or less experienced staff.
• Participate in quality improvement programs, policy development, and clinical research initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience

What You'll Need:

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Recent Experience in Haemodialysis
• Australian Working Rights
• Demonstrated competency in planning patient care, clinical problem-solving, and quality improvement initiatives

Willingness to complete:

• Police Check
• Working with Children’s Check
• Obtain a current ALS and BLS Certification
