Job summary

Family Doctor Pty Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team across two Brisbane-area clinics. The RN will provide expert care, patient education, and operate in a supportive learning environment with development opportunities.

Ideal candidates have current AHPRA registration, solid General Practice or primary care experience, and skills in chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care, and reminder systems.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and working as a nurse.
• Experience in busy General Practice or primary health setting.
• Background in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments is advantageous.
• Able to perform immunisations, procedure support, wound dressing and stock ordering.
• Strong communication, education skills and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care across two clinics.
• Immunisations and procedure assistance as required.
• Wound care and dressing; assist with minor procedures.
• Manage reminders/recall systems and stock ordering.
• Support learning and development of the practice team.
