Family Doctor Pty Ltd are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team across two busy General Practice clinics. You will provide expert nursing care and support a learning-focused environment for both staff and patients.

The successful candidate will hold current AHPRA registration, with experience in chronic disease management and health assessments; immunisations, wound care, and procedure assistance form core duties. Mentorship and CPD are available.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Experience in General Practice or primary health settings.
• Background in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments is an advantage.
• Ability to perform immunisations, wound dressing, and procedure assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide immunisations, procedure assistance and wound care in general practice.
• Assist with stock ordering and practice workflow.
• Support reminder/recall systems and patient education.
• Contribute to patient care for diverse ages and backgrounds.
