You will work autonomously within a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing evidence-based nursing care, developing care plans, and contributing to positive patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in a general medical or acute care setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development.
• Ability to work all shifts, including AM, PM, nights and weekends.

Aufgaben

• Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care to patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and ongoing care.
