Job summary

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) in the Central Hume region is seeking Registered Nurses to join our busy Emergency Department. We offer full-time, part-time and fixed-term contracts with up to 80 hours per fortnight; applicants must hold current nursing registration and preferably a postgraduate certificate, with emergency experience and excellent communication.

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

NHW has multiple full time, part time and fixed term positions available for energetic and enthusiastic Registered Nurse’s to join our bustling Emergency Department.

To fulfil these roles, the successful applicants will possess a current registration, a post graduate certificate is prefered, and previous experience in Emergency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a desire to be involved in ongoing skills development, and commitment to achieving the hospital and wards strategic plan.
