Job summary

EnableU Health Solutions in Sydney, NSW is hiring a Registered Nurse for a permanent full-time role delivering community-based care across NDIS, Support at Home, and DVA programs. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care during home visits.

Key duties include administering medications, wound management, clinical observations, and coordinating with GPs and allied health professionals. AHPRA registration, Bachelor of Nursing, and the ability to travel across Sydney are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Nursing and current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in community nursing, home care or aged care preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Sydney and hold a valid driver’s license.
• National Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for community clients.
• Conduct home visits, perform clinical assessments and develop nursing plans.
• Administer medications, wound management and monitor responses.
• Coordinate with GPs, allied health and families; supervise ENs and care staff.
