Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Registered Nurse for Piper House in Dapto to deliver compassionate clinical care, develop care plans, and support residents’ independence and dignity. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality aged care and compliant documentation.

You will mentor care staff, promote best practices, and contribute to a safe, clean environment while upholding our values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree is required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance ID is required.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to manage complex care needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration per care plans.
• Develop and evaluate care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families and provide emotional support.

• Provide comprehensive clinical care, including medication administration according to personalised care plans

What’s Required

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse

• 3 years experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Availability to work Wednesday PM and Thursday Night shifts
