Cura Day Hospitals Group seeks a dedicated Anaesthetic Registered Nurse to join our Melbourne team in a permanent full-time role. You will contribute to high-quality perioperative care across ophthalmic and related surgical services, supported by a close-knit team and a governance-focused culture.

We offer Monday–Friday hours with no on-call, opportunities to upskill into the perioperative area, and strong commitment to staff development.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration.
• Anaesthetic Nurse experience of more than 2 years (Paediatric experience is highly desirable).
• Ability to work supportively within a team and adapt to change.

Job description

VPSC has 5 operating theatres utilizing state-of-the-art equipment together with a five-bed first-stage Recovery Unit and a ten recliner-chair Second Stage Recovery. We are a Day only facility covering procedures for Ophthalmic, Ear, Nose and Throat and Oculoplastic surgery for clients of all ages including children.

Located in the heart of the CBD, Melbourne, we are surrounded by leafy gardens, major hospitals with easy access to public transport and parking our facility has a long-standing reputation for excellence in patient care.

We are seeking a dedicated Anaesthetic Registered Nurses to join us on a Permanent full-time basis to work in our team.

This is a very close-knit team of excellent Specialists and Nurses who have a long-standing local reputation as a quality provider in Ophthalmology services in Melbourne.

Customer service and delivery is at the forefront of what we do, and we are looking for likeminded nurses who want to join a team where Quality and Safety are our guiding principles of everyday care.
