Calvary is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse for a fixed-term Part-Time role at Calvary Bayview, Carrum Downs, VIC. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop personalised care plans, and administer medications while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic well-being.

Current APHRA registration is essential, along with knowledge of aged care legislation and best practices.

Qualifications

• Current APHRA registration to practice as a nurse.
• Knowledge of aged care legislation and standards.
• Commitment to contemporary aged care practice.
• Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in assessment and care planning for older adults.
• Desire to work in a mission-based organisation caring for others.

• Current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the legislation governing aged care
• Commitment to contemporary aged care practice
• Ability to support and lead a multi-disciplinary team
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in assessment and care planning of the older person
• A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
