Job summary

SA Health seeks an experienced nurse to deliver compassionate, person-centred care to aged care residents within the Eyre Peninsula region. You will assess needs, coordinate care plans with a multidisciplinary team, and provide ward leadership support to ensure safe, effective care delivery.

You will contribute to quality improvement and uphold safe clinical practice standards, working within EFNLHN’s broad health network to support residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
• Demonstrated competence in nursing practice in accordance with relevant standards.

What you need

• The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) is responsible for the planning and delivery of hospital and health services over 337,626 square kilometres, taking in the Eyre Peninsula, western part of South Australia and north to Coober Pedy.


• Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia with a current practising certificate.
