Job summary

Ceduna District Health Services is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager – Aged Care to provide strong clinical leadership, coordination and support to our nursing team and contribute to safe, high-quality, person-centred care in a regional setting.

You will work with a committed multidisciplinary team, promote staff development and contribute to a positive workplace culture focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse with current registration (Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia) or eligibility.
  • Proven clinical leadership experience in aged care or medical-surgical settings.
  • Ability to lead, develop and support a diverse nursing team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building with multidisciplinary teams.

How will you contribute?
