As an Agency RN you will deliver high-quality clinical care and leadership across aged care facilities, supporting residents, families and clinical teams with person-centred care

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Minimum 12 months recent nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
• Current National Police Check.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Up-to-date vaccinations and compliance documentation.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration and clinical assessments.
• Delivering safe, high-quality aged care nursing services.
• Developing, reviewing and implementing care plans.
• Monitoring and responding to changes in resident conditions.
• Wound care and chronic disease management.
• Clinical documentation and care reporting.
• Supervising and supporting Personal Care Workers and ENs.
• Infection prevention and clinical governance compliance.
• Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

About the Role

As an Agency Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care and leadership within residential aged care facilities across Albury-Wodonga.

You will support residents, families and clinical teams while delivering person-centred care that promotes dignity, independence and wellbeing.

What You’ll Need
