Qualifications

• Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an Acute Aged Care setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Lead, support and supervise other nurses and care team members.
• Deliver high-quality, safe and compassionate patient care and evaluate outcomes.
