Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Murwillumbah Greens Care Community in Murwillumbah, NSW. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional clinical care and mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you.

You will provide person-centred care, lead clinical activities, and collaborate with families to support residents’ wellbeing in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective, person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor health outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and families.
• Support and mentor care team members to deliver quality care.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives.
