Job summary

Opal HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Maitland Grange Care Community in Maitland, NSW. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care, assess residents, plan care, administer medications and work with families to support positive outcomes.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, strong teamwork and good communication. Pre-employment medical and NDIS Worker Screening Check will be completed as part of the onboarding process.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
• Willingness to complete: Pre-employment medical, NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care.
• Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes.
