We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred treatment throughout their healthcare journey. The role of the Registered Nurse is to:

• Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation of outcomes.
• Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition, applying critical thinking and sound clinical judgement to support safe and effective care.
• Develop therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and carers, ensuring care is person-centred, compassionate, and respectful.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, support continuity of treatment, and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards, legislative requirements, and organisational policies.
• Participate in quality improvement, professional development, and patient safety initiatives to support excellence in clinical practice.

About you

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and demonstrated clinical experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
