Latrobe Regional Health is seeking Enrolled Nurses to join our teams across clinical areas on a casual basis. You will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide safe, high-quality, person-centred care and contribute to a collaborative multidisciplinary environment.

Ideal candidates will hold NMBA registration, demonstrate strong communication and teamwork, and be flexible to adapt to varying shifts while upholding our values of integrity, respect, compassion and excellence.

Qualifications

We are seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses to join our nursing teams across a range of clinical areas. The role of the Enrolled Nurse is to:

• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice, ensuring patient wellbeing, dignity, and independence are supported at all times.
• Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition, contributing to timely clinical decision-making and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation in accordance with organisational policies, legislative requirements, and clinical standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, carers, and healthcare professionals to support coordinated, person-centred care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, quality improvement initiatives, and safety activities to support high standards of clinical practice.

About you

Ideal candidates for this role will have:

• Enrolled Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA).
• Demonstrated clinical nursing experience with the ability to provide safe and effective patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient-centred care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and professionalism.
• Flexible and adaptable, with sound organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
• Committed to continuous learning, quality improvement, and upholding the values of integrity, respect, compassion, and teamwork.
