BaptistCare Dorothy Henderson Lodge in Macquarie Park, NSW is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join on a casual basis. You will deliver safe, high-quality clinical care, assess and coordinate care, and support residents to live with dignity and independence.

This casual role offers an hourly rate of $47.13 to $56.87, plus 25% casual loading and 12% superannuation, with the chance to work flexible shifts within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in aged care and/or a clinical leadership environment.
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and funding models.
• Excellent clinical assessment, care planning and documentation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to lead and mentor care teams.
• Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement.

About the Role

We're seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team on a casual basis at Dorothy Henderson Lodge in Macquarie Park.

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality clinical care while supporting residents to live with dignity, choice and independence. You'll use your clinical expertise to assess, plan and coordinate care, respond to changes in resident wellbeing and provide guidance and support to care staff.

This casual opportunity offers an hourly rate of $47.13 - $56.87 plus 25% casual loading and 12% superannuation, dependent on experience.

About You

To be considered, you will have:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Experience working in aged care and/or a clinical leadership environment
• Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
• Knowledge of the Aged Care Act and AN-ACC funding model
• Excellent clinical assessment, care planning and documentation skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• The ability to lead, support and mentor care teams
• Sound judgement and the ability to prioritise competing demands
• A commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
• An understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and values
