BaptistCare Karana Community is hiring a Registered Nurse for a casual role across AM, PM and night shifts. You’ll deliver person-centred clinical care and lead the care team in a values-driven setting.

The Role: Registered Nurse (Aged Care)

You'll deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care while leading and supporting the care team. This is a role where your clinical judgement, communication skills, and leadership genuinely shape resident outcomes.
