Job summary

BaptistCare Heritage Manor Community is seeking a Registered Nurse (Casual) to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents. You will work with a supportive clinical team in a flexible casual capacity across mornings, afternoons and nights.

As an AHPRA-registered nurse with NDIS screening clearance, you will lead, mentor and collaborate with care staff to achieve outstanding resident outcomes. This casual position offers competitive pay and benefits within BaptistCare Victoria.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (Division 1) is required.
• NDIS Screening Clearance is mandatory for the role.
• Availability across weekdays preferred for AM/PM shifts.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse (Division 1)
• NDIS Screening Clearance is Mandatory
• Availability across weekdays is preferred for AM or PM shifts
• Passion for person-centred aged care
• Strong clinical, communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer literacy and clinical documentation skills

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver safe, evidence-based clinical care while leading and supporting care staff to achieve the best possible outcomes for residents.
